Managing Director

Russell is the Managing Director of Future Strategy and his strength at the helm of the company lies not only from many years training and experience in the industry, but more importantly, empathy as a family man having suffered the stress and loss of a business with personal guarantees himself. Russell is ideally placed to lead the Future Strategy team of industry experts to help our clients with the varying challenges faced with running a modern-day business.

Hannah Paull

Senior Operations Manager

Hannah is the Senior Operations Manager at Future Strategy. Hannah’s background is in accountancy which she has worked in for over 20 years, including teaching the AAT qualification within local colleges. Hannah has worked with a wide variety of sole traders and small limited companies and brings that valuable experience to Future Strategy. Outside of work you will find Hannah with her family and friends, enjoying eating out and a nice glass of wine.

Lee Penton

Senior Creative Consultant

Lee is responsible for the design and marketing side of the business. Having worked in the creative industries for over 15 years, Lee is equally adept in both web and traditional graphic design and has a wealth of experience leading on creative projects working with businesses both large and small, across a range of sectors. In his spare time, Lee enjoys photography, playing the guitar and trips away in his campervan.

Felicity Baxter

Marketing Coordinator

Felicity has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business strategy. She specialises in creating innovative and engaging marketing campaigns and marketing collateral. Felicity has lead many successful marketing projects, both digital and print and has extensive experience in product management, email marketing and website development. In her spare time, Felicity enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Simon Wallace

Client Sales Advisor

Simon is a Client Sales Advisor at Future Strategy. He has many years of sales experience and has worked in the high-end London property industry as well as corporate branding and merchandising. Simon is adept at understanding individual clients’ needs, offering sound advice and reassurance.  In his spare time, Simon enjoys creating music and on a typical Saturday, you can find him in the stands of Home Park supporting Plymouth Argyle FC.

Lauren Hodges

Client Sales Advisor

Lauren is a Client Sales advisor at Future Strategy. She has many years of sales and management experience within the retail sector. Lauren is an excellent team player, a real people person and commits herself to high levels of client satisfaction.  Lauren is adept at understanding her clients needs and providing them with sound, professional advice. In her spare time she enjoys barbecues with her family, holidays and music gigs.

Jonathan Mills

Client Sales Advisor

Jonathan has over three decades of senior experience in sectors including property, marketing, advertising, PR and the motor trade.  His knowledge is vast and he knows about business and especially the stress and challenges often faced by business owners, and his approach is supportive, ethical and straight forward. He has an extensive network of contacts and knowledge and with his entrepreneurial spirit, he’s readily available to help.

Mark Nicholls

Client Sales Advisor

Mark has over 10 years customer service experience.  He began his career as a store manager and after 5 years moved to the mortgage arrears sector. Mark has a good understanding of the pressure and stress debt can have on someone and prides himself on building relationships with his clients as well as his caring approach to finding the best solution for them. In his spare time Mark enjoys running and watching sport – particularly boxing.

Samantha Treble

Senior Compliance and Business Support Administrator

Sam has a first class degree in Business Administration and her background is in business support and accountancy where she achieved professional level on the Chartered programme. Throughout Sam’s career she has predominantly specialised in supporting sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Outside of work you will find Sam with her family and friends, especially enjoying time spent on the beach.

Lorna Truscott

Business Support Administrator

Lorna is part of the case management team.  She has excellent customer service skills gained from many years of experience in customer focussed roles, including working for EE and Cornwall College.  She has also gained experience as a finance administrator working for Anchor Hanover.  In her spare time, Lorna enjoys spending time with her family, walking her border collie ‘Geordie’, reading, yoga, and running.

Massy Eslami

Senior Case Administrator

Massy is a Senior Case Administrator and completes all aspects of company dissolutions within the case management team.  Massy spent over 5 years as Head of Property for a nationwide Financial Wealth Management company.  She also worked as a media and advertising Operations Manager for the world-renowned store Harrods in London.  In her spare time, she loves spending time with her very large Swiss Shepherd, whom she calls her ‘fur baby’.

Kayleigh Lynch

Case Administrator

Kayleigh is part of the Case Management team.  She has a Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration and spent the first part of her career working in Human Resources, Innovations and Workforce Development for the NHS. In her spare time, Kayleigh likes experimenting with cooking recipes and volunteering in community programmes such as ‘The Junk Food Project’.

Gemma Brannan

Case Administrator

Gemma is a member of our Case Management team and assists with all aspects of company dissolutions. Gemma has a Law Degree and previously practised as a Chartered Legal Executive. Following her legal career, Gemma has assisted a local banking complaints company and provided content writing for their website articles. Gemma enjoys reading, listening to live music and spending time at the beach with her family.

Helen Miller

Case Administrator

Helen started her career in the treasury department at her local hospital. She then worked for 30 years in financial services, mainly servicing small self administered schemes. Helen has diploma in manual bookkeeping and a NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration. She moved with her family from Bristol to Cornwall in 2018. In her spare time Helen enjoys walking, reading and yoga and has recently taken up watercolour painting.

 

Pete Nowlan

Case Administrator

Pete worked for BT for over 30 years in both sales and business improvement roles. He has managed people at a senior level, supporting them to release their full potential. Family is an important part of his life and loves spending time all together. He is a big football fan and has helped support local teams at a junior level. Music is another of Pete’s passions, liking a wide variety of genres.

Stephanie Hudson

Case Administrator

Stephanie has 10 years of experience working in financial services. She began her career working in customer service, building supportive relationships to help customers through financial hardship. She later moved to the quality assurance sector and takes pride in her efficient work approach and excellent attention to detail. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time at the beach with her children, practicing yoga, and running and listening to music.
